In 2002 Michael Jackson was treated for a serious injury to his right leg. From the photo below, it is clear the leg is severely damaged, which was speculated to be an acid spill.
The photos also reveal several trace marks from injections.

Most of the time people from drug addictions and or dependencies, will do the injections on the legs or ankles; to hide the trace marks.
